PM BMG Asociados-Administradores is the result of the evolution and specialisation of the rental property management activity through the international figure of Property Manager, respecting the essence and the original idea for which this figure was conceived at an international level.

We can boast of being the pioneers who adapted and started the Property Management activity in Barcelona in response to the real need of landlords who demanded a major adaptation and specialisation of the traditional property administration activity in the management of rental properties.

After more than 15 years developing the activity of property administration and managing building and property development projects as Project Management, in 2009 we joined the knowledge of the two worlds (building and property management) to develop the figure of Property Manager at Spanish national level, adapting the figure and the development of the activity of property management to the real needs of owners who rent their homes and who need the peace of mind and legal security that allows them to collect their monthly rents without setbacks or uncertainties.

After implementing and developing the Property Management activity in the asset management of rental properties in companies and real estate agencies of national and international renown with great success and recognition in the real estate sector, the natural evolution was to develop the Property Management activity independently and separately from the world of commercial intermediation, as it was a well-known fact for landlords that, the interests of the commercial agents involved in the marketing of rental properties, who measure their results by the closing of rental transactions and the economic return they generate, often clash abruptly with the particular interests of the landlord.

Taking into account the above, with a new step forward in the evolution and professionalisation of the Property Management activity, the team that forms PM BMG Asociados-Administradores created its own firm to safeguard the quality of the Property Management service for the benefit of the owners, placing their interests at the centre of our professional activity and, at the same time, creating a framework of legal security for them, always putting the interests, peace of mind and protection of the owners first.
